This is an amazing self care tool to give yourself to reset. For deep relaxation, to pinpoint on areas of physical pain, and take a moment to remember your worth. We can focus more on the physical if you are needing specific body work with aspects of reprogramming, healing and neural alignment. We can also gear the session to relaxing into your energy, healing, and meditation session with aspects of physical touch. Every single session is unique and created for you, based on your present needs. Sessions range from 1.5-3 hours.

Intake session deposit must be paid in full, cancellations are non refundable.
