How many sessions do I need to do?

This is different for everyone. It may benefit you to do several sessions over the course of a few months. It may benefit you to do a session quarterly through the year. It may benefit you to do ongoing healing and coaching. You may just be in need of my shorter healing sessions which you can receive as often as you like similar to other modalities of self care. My intention is that you don't "need" me, but that I am a tool helping you access your own answers to healing.
