Cancellation and out of town Policies

Service Description

All immersion sessions require a 50% deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, this deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 5 days of the session, you will receive 50% of that returned to you. I appreciate your understanding in how much preparation it takes and how much time is blocked out for these sessions. All online or in person healing and coaching sessions require a $100 deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, this deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 5 days of the session, you will receive 50% of that returned to you. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. All out of town or out call sessions require a 100% payment before departure which is non refundable once en route. All retreats require a 100% payment on booking. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, this is non refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of the experience, you will receive 25% of that returned to you. I appreciate your understanding in how much preparation it takes and how much time is blocked out for these experiences. I am always cooperative for last minute emergencies and rescheduling needs within reason. The most important thing for us all is integrity and communication.
